Iden rikholdige garderoben merket samleplater med Bryan Ferry og / eller Roxy Music har det ikke alltid vært like lett å plukke ut det korrekte plagget. «The Platinum Collection» løser det problemet en gang for alle, og overflødiggjør samtidig langt på vei alle andre samlere.

For første gang er samtlige – 45 i tallet – britiske singleutgivelser av Roxy Music og Bryan Ferry i perioden 1972-2002 samlet på ett brett. Bak et noe billig omslagsbilde skjuler det seg en god booklet med samtlige singlecover avbildet og korte linernotes til hvert spor.

For drøyt to hundrelapper hos landets dominerende platekjede kan du gjennom 3 cd’er tilegne deg en flott oversikt over et band og en artist som i større grad enn de fleste andre influerte mye av den beste popmusikken på 80-tallet.
